Shipping for Kayaks and Oversized Items:
We can ship your kayak to any business address in most of the United
States. If you do not have a business address for us to ship to,
we can still ship the package to most home addresses. Shipping prices
can be easily quoted over the phone. We have a lot of different
methods of getting you a kayak. We can ship kayaks terminal to terminal
nationwide for under $140, not that expensive if you keep in mind
that wont be paying sales tax, outside of California. If there isn't
a nearby terminal, shipping will tend to be slightly higher. To
some locations we can ship right to your door for around $125-$180...

Domestic Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping for Standard Items: Based on the items
actual weight and dimensions. All orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska
will be sent by Air, and will be subject to additional shipping
charges.
Shipping Time: Based upon product
availability, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders
are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, United
Parcel Service Regular Ground or (UPS) 3- Day Air, or Federal Express
Overnight. For your protection: Please inspect your item at the
time of delivery.

Sales Tax:
State laws require us to collect 7.75% CA Sales Tax from residents
who live in California, the state in which we are located in and
do our shipping from. There is no sales tax charged for orders shipped
to other states.

trust. All personal information you give us is kept confidential
and protected with the utmost care, and it will not be used in ways
to which you have not consented. We will not sell or disclose any
information that identifies you to a third party. All information

Warranties:
All the products we sell are covered against manufacturers defects
by the manufacturer. The warranty varies on different products depending
on the manufacturer, but we will honor and help you take care of

Returns:
Authorized returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt provided
the item(s) are in their original condition with all labels, etc.
intact. The purchase price, less the initial shipping charges will
be refunded upon receipt of the piece(s) as defined above. Return
shipping and insurance is the buyers responsibility and is not refundable.
All damage claims must be filed with the carrier.
Payment Terms:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, certified
checks, money orders and personal checks. If you are using a certified
check, money order or a personal check, you will have to mail it
to us with your printed order, and you'll need to allow an extra
5 business days for processing. Prices are subject to change and
